Seafood Sandwich Ufo's when I saw this amazing goodness I said to myself I'm really inspired by Jimmys Ufo Seafood Sandwich, which is based in Baltimore, So I'm giving the credit to Jimmy. I know it's not authentic, but it is my take my twist.

These cakes can be pan-fried or baked in the oven. served with a salad and a tall glass of sweet tea for your favorite drinks.
